Data Required. The Policyholder shall furnish in writing to the Insurer, all information as the Insurer may require with regard to any matters pertaining to the Insurance Policy. All documents or information furnished to the Policyholder by an Insured in connection with insurance, together with such records as may have a bearing on the Policy, shall be opened for inspection by the Insurer at all reasonable times. Clerical error in keeping the records shall not invalidate insurance otherwise validly in force nor continue insurance otherwise validly terminated. If the age or date of birth or other relevant facts relating to an Insured shall be found to have been misstated, and if such misstatement affects the scale of benefits or has anything to do with the terms and conditions of the Insurance Policy or the Insurer’s decision to insure such Insured, at the Insurer’s sole discretion, (A) the true age and facts shall be used in determining whether benefits are secured under the terms of the Insurance Policy, and in what amounts, and an equitable adjustment of premiums shall be made, or (B) his or her insurance shall be void and the Insurer shall return of premiums in respect of such Insured.
