Elective Treatment. Elective treatment includes all non-emergency hospital or surgery treatment planned for in advance. A person being more than 18 years old, having the ability to work in accordance with the labor contract, being paid and being subject to the management and control of the Employer. A company, enterprise, organization or sponsoring organization having recruited and engaged employment in accordance with the labor contract and according to which the Group Policy is proposed, executed or performed and according to which the Group Policy is issued.
