FEES. The Cardholder unconditionally and irrevocably agrees on fee collection by the Bank under regulations of the Bank and the Bank has full right to automatically deduct from the Spend Account or any account of the Cardholder opened at the Bank without notifications, requests to, confirmation and consent of the Cardholder, to collect fees under fee schedule issued by the Bank from time to time, including the following fees:
