MANAGEMENT OF THE CARD, INFORMATION RELATED TO THE CARD, PASSWORD AND PIN. 1. The Card is the property of the Bank, thus, the Cardholder is not allowed to transfer or lend the Card to other persons and shall store and maintain the Card.
2. When receiving the Card, the Cardholder shall affix his/her signature to the back of the Card to protect his/her Card.
3. The Cardholder should change PIN provided by the Bank before making any transaction and shall assume responsibility since the Cardholder receives the Card and/or PIN provided by the Bank.
4. The Cardholder is the only person to use the Card, PIN and/or OTP to make card transactions.
5. In case the Card/information related to the Card/OTP/PIN is lost/stolen, abused: - The Cardholder shall immediately notify the Bank via phones and re-confirm this confirmation in writing with the Bank. - The Cardholder shall provide information about time, place of card loss, information related to disclosed/stolen Card/OTP/PIN, latest transactions and other information at request of the Bank.
6. The Cardholder assumes responsibility for storing the Card, information related to the Card and securing OTP, PIN of the Card. Any use of the Card by the Cardholder or any other person to make card transactions, using PIN and/or OTP provided by the Bank, shall be deemed as transactions made by the Cardholder.
7. The Cardholder shall assume full responsibility for and compensate the Bank and/or the third party (if any) for damages arising from card transactions in the following cases: - The Cardholder commits fraud and/or negligence in manage, use of the Card, information related to the Card, OTP and PIN, including permission by the Cardholder for the third party to use the Card/information related to the Card, OTP and PIN. - The Cardholder fails to notify the Bank under this Article right after the Card/information related to the Card/OTP/PIN is lost/stolen/used by other persons without consent of the Cardholder. - The Card is used before the Bank confirms that the Bank handled the Cardholder's written notifications of card loss or unauthorized use of the Card/information related to the Card, disclosure/stealing of OTP/PIN, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions and/or fake signatures by any person.
8. When the Card/information related to the Card is lost/stolen/abused or PIN is disclosed, the Cardholder shall notify and apply to the Bank for Card (if any) re-issuance in writing or via phone. The Bank shall consider and decide to re-issue the Card. In case of re-issuance, the Cardholder ...
