Định nghĩa của Statement of Account

Statement of Account means a statement of account information showing transaction(s) for the Customers’ Account and includes monthly or periodic statements of account; a summary of Accounts viewed or viewable by the Customers each time he/she/they accesses e-banking; a statement sent by the Bank by mail or by electronic means, and further includes a statement consolidating information for more than one of the Customers’ Accounts.

Examples of Statement of Account in a sentence

  • BOI shall send debit notes, credit notes and Statement of Account to the Customers periodically or as requested unless otherwise required by laws or except where no transactions has occurred within the cycle of sending such documents with respect to the personal banking Customers.

  • However, the Customers agree to examine and verify each entry appearing on a Statement of Account, reconcile it with the Customers' own records and immediately notify the Bank in writing of any errors, omissions, irregularities, forgeries, fraudulent or unauthorised transactions or any other objections which the Customers has to the Statement of Account (“Irregularities”).

  • If the Bank ascertains an incorrect credit entry after a Statement of Account has been issued, it will debit the Account of the Customers with an equivalent amount (correction entry), and notify the Customers of any reverse entries and correction entries made at the time of issuing the next Statement of Account.

  • The Statement of Account is solely for the Customers’ benefits and maynot be relied upon used or quoted in any manner or for any purpose by any other person without the Bank’s express written consent.

  • The change in the terms and conditions or the fees and charges shall be communicated by the Bank to the Cardmember through the Monthly Statement of Account, or by notification at the Bank’s website or through such other means that the Bank deems appropriate.

  • If the Customers fail to notify the Bank within 30 Business Days from the date on which the Customers are deemed to have received the Statement of Account or such shorter time as may be required by the laws, the balance shown on the Statement of Account and all entries including the Irregularities of the Account will be deemed correct, complete, authorised and conclusive evidence that binds upon the Customers.
