CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Seller shall not use, publicize, release or disclose to third parties any information concerning this transaction, the Goods, formula(s) and/or process(es) etc. involving the subject matter of this Order without the prior written consent of Golden Monkey. Upon the expiration or termination of this Order, and upon written request from Golden Monkey, Seller shall: (a) promptly deliver to Golden Monkey confidential information in any format; or (b) destroy all confidential or proprietary information related to Golden Monkey in its possession and provide written verification of such action. 22.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. 15.1 Unless otherwise agreed upon between the Parties, any Information given by Supplier to Buyer shall be considered Confidential Information.
