Failure by the Insured to comply with the Claims Procedure or investigation may result in denial of the claim. If any claim shall be fraudulent or intentionally exaggerated or if any false declaration or statement shall be made then the Policy shall be voidable at the entire discretion of the Company and no claim shall be payable by the Company.
