GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS. Where the Goods and/or Services are to be used in carrying out, or in connection with, a government contract or sub- contract, the Contract shall be subject to any special conditions stipulated by the government department concerned and to these Conditions (so far as they are not inconsistent with such special conditions). Details of such special conditions will be supplied on request and referred to in the Commercial Conditions where applicable.
