In case of CFR Terms/CIF/CIP/DAP Terms. The Seller shall ship the goods within the time of shipment from the port of shipment to the port of destination. Transshipment is not allowed. Whereas transshipment has happened, all the expenses and costs occurred thereof shall be borne by the Seller. On-deck shipment is not allowed. The contracted goods shall not be carried by a vessel flying the flag of the country which the Buyer can not accept. The age of vessel should not exceed 15 years.
