Partial delivery and partial performance by the Supplier shall not be permitted. 7.2.. Unless otherwise agreed, shipping and packaging costs, customs duties, fees and other levies shall be borne by the Supplier. The Incoterms DDP which are valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
