(hereinafter referred to as Party A) and National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as Party B), hereby agree to enter into this Agreement and agree to the following terms and conditions for Party A to join Party B in this alliance, in accordance with the "Key Points of the National Science and Technology Commission Subsidized Industry-Technology Alliances Cooperation Program", and for Party B to use Party B's established core technologies to establish the Industry-Technology Cooperation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance).
