Clearing House means HKSCC/SEOCH in relation to SEHK and, in relation to any other Foreign Stock Exchange, the clearing house providing services similar to those of HKSCC/SEOCH to such Foreign Stock Exchange;
Clearing House in relation to SEHK, HKSCC or other body appointed by or established and operated by SEHK to provide clearing services to exchange participants of SEHK and, in relation to any other Exchange, any clearing house providing similar services for such Exchange;
Clearing House. (in relation to a Market) includes a body corporate, an association or organisation, whether distinct from or forming part of a Market, that clears, settles and/or guarantees contracts and/or options whether on a net or gross basis and/or makes adjustments to the contractual obligations arising out of such contracts and/or options;

  • Such handling fee shall not exceed 150% of the handling fee imposed by the Bills Clearing House on the Bank.

  • In order to minimise the impact of variation margin, the Clearing House will for each SCM either charge interest on cumulative amounts received by the SCM in respect of variation margin obligations, or pay interest on cumulative amounts paid by the SCM in respect of variation margin obligations.

  • Credit Information Center, Small & Medium Business Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan, Clearing House, and Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., may collect, process or transmit internationally and use Applicant’s personally information within the scope of business registered or stipulated in the By-Law or as required for such business.

  • The duration of the specific purpose of personal data collection, the retention period stipulated in relevant laws or contracts, or the retention period necessary for the promotor, promoting bank, Clearing House, and the Bank’s performing business.
