Administrative Employees. For purposes of the holiday time provisions of this contract, administrative employees are all sworn officers of the Oak Park Public Safety Department not assigned to Operations Division and do not receive a holiday bank of time because they have holidays regularly scheduled off.
Administrative Employees d. Employees of Xxxxx County Human Resources and all other confidential employees.
Administrative Employees. Where Administrative Employees are required to work on a Public Holiday they will be paid at one and a half times their ordinary hourly rate of pay for all hours worked.
Administrative Employees. The regular hours of work for Administrative Employees shall be thirty- six and one quarter (36.25) hours per week, being comprised of seven and one-quarter (7.25) hours per day on five (5) consecutive days per week. Administrative Employees receive two (2) consecutive days of rest in a week, on a Saturday and Sunday.
Administrative Employees. Administrative or Supervisory Employees shall mean certified persons who devote more than 50% of their time to administrative assignments shall be considered full- time administrators or supervisors for purposes of this Agreement.
Administrative Employees. Central Administrators and all parties to this contract should be notified of their contract and salary for the ensuing year no later than May 30, and the employee must return the contract indicating his/her desire for the ensuing year in a timely fashion.
Administrative Employees a) Grades: All administrative positions shall be graded in accordance with the complexity of tasks required for the incumbent to undertake. These grades shall be one of the following grades.
Administrative Employees. All administrative employees shall be entitled to and shall enter into a written contract with the School Board. All such contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year and shall be subject to annual renewal at the discretion of the School Board. A copy shall be retained in the employee's personnel file.
Administrative Employees i) Each employee covered by this Agreement, and not named in Article one(1) year of service shall receive an annual vacation entitlement of pay. five(5) years of service up to June five(5) working days, with pay. Deleted: three (3)
Administrative Employees. This agreement is applicable to the following members only in their current position (listed below). Any changes in position of current employees will require a new negotiation of salary and benefits between the employee and school board. New administrative hires will also require a negotiation of salary between the board and the new employee to establish salary and benefits to be in effect until the conclusion of this agreement.
