Day Fortnight. 13.6.1 Where requested by an employee or groups of employees and with the prior approval of the Council/Chief Executive Officer, employees may access a 9 day fortnight where the ordinary hours of work shall be 76 hours to be worked over a 9 days of a two week period between the hours of 7.30 am and 7.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. The Chief Executive Officer retains the right to investigate the feasibility of this option and make the final determination regarding access to this option for any employee or group of employees.

Day Fortnight. 14.2.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will be entitled to work a nine (9) day fortnight roster. The nine (9) day fortnight will be at no additional cost to Council.
Day Fortnight. Employees employed by the CBE prior to August 31, 2016 will be designated to work a nine (9) day fortnight rotation with the following provisions:
Day Fortnight. 1.1 The ordinary hours of a 10 Day Fortnight Arrangement to be worked by employees are 7.6 hours per day (i.e. 7 hours and 36 minutes) unless varied in accordance with a term of this Agreement.

Day Fortnight. Those Employees on a 9 day fortnight will work an 8.5 hour day. Ordinary hours will be spread over 9 days, enabling one day 'accrued day off' (ADO) to be accumulated per fortnight. This ADO will be credited at the rate of 7.6 hours. The ADO will be taken without loss of pay in each fortnightly working cycle (Mon- Fri) in accordance with current work practices. By agreement between the Employer and Employee, in special circumstances ADOs can be accrued, rather than taken as the identified day off rostered in the working cycle. Where the taking of ADOs is deferred or accumulated the employee shall be paid at the applicable rate at the time that the deferred or accumulated time is taken as leave. ADOs must be taken within six months of being accrued. The employer will maintain records of ADOs.
Day Fortnight. All Full Time and Part Time Security Officershours of work, will be based on a 9 day, 72.5 hours/fortnight at ordinary rates of pay unless otherwise agreed to, on an individual basis. All worked hours, which are not rostered hours, will be utilised for training and/or other Security purposes at a mutually convenient time.

Day Fortnight. During the life of this agreement, by agreement between the parties, it may be deemed appropriate that a 9 day fortnight be introduced on a trial basis and / or long term. CLAUSE 23 PERMANENT PART TIME EMPLOYMENT Permanent Part Time employment to exist with permanent and casual employment. The Company may engage permanent part time employees if the offer of employment is accepted on that basis. Conditions applicable to full time employees will apply to permanent part time employees.
