HEREBY AGREED. 1. The Cities and the County agree to collect RTMF Fees from all building permits and applicable entitlements issued by their respective jurisdictions in accordance with this MOU and the RTMF Program as adopted by each of their legislative bodies.

The monthly salary shall compensate for all services rendered seven (7) days a week and is not subject to any overtime or holiday rules of the Collective Bargaining Agreements. It is further understood that only the following provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement effective October 1, 2003 are applicable to positions identified in Section 2 hereof.

HEREBY AGREED. 1. The School District will create the part-time positions of “Transitional Services Coordinator (Pre-K students/Out-placed Students)” and “Transitional Services Coordinator (18- 21year old Students)” and fill such positions with two recently retired administrators of the School District who were members of the Association, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx respectively, for a period of time determined by the School District and under terms agreement to the School District and the two administrators. The part-time administrators will report to the Director of Special Education or such other administrator designated by the Superintendent.
