Jury Duty definition

Jury Duty means cash paid by Delphi for paid time off for specified periods of jury duty, pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, to hourly employees for the time period included in calculating the Labor Cost Amount.
Jury Duty. Any teacher involuntarily called upon to serve as a juror in a federal or state court shall be granted a leave of absence by the District for that purpose and for those days the teacher is required to be in court. Jury Duty. Student Employees will be granted jury duty leave in accordance with applicable laws. The receipt of a notice to report for jury duty must be reported immediately to the supervisor. To the extent permitted by law, Student Employees shall request a postponement of jury service if requested to do so by their department or program.
