Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the Trust who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive the same benefit.

Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the ETFO ELHT who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive a payment in lieu of benefits.

Payment in Lieu of Benefits. Part-time employees will receive twenty cents ($0.20) per hour in lieu of Extended Health Coverage (Semi-private; Hearing; Vision; Drugs and other extended health benefits), Dental Coverage, and Weekly Indemnity Coverage. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums towards a flat rate life insurance of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for each part-time employee who has completed probation to replace existing life insurance coverage, if any. Effective August 1, 2017, part-time employees will receive twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour in lieu.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. (a) A part-time nurse shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to a nurse, paid in whole or part by the Employer, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, save and except salary, shift premium, vacation pay, standby pay, call-back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury or witness duty, and bereavement pay) an amount equal to thirteen percent (13%) of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. Effective ratification, part time team members who have completed their probationary period will receive fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour worked in lieu of group benefits effective ratification. At the commencement of Year 3 of the collective agreement, this rate will increase to twenty cents ($0.20) per hour. At the commencement of Year 4 of the collective agreement, this rate will increase to twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. All Regular Parttime employees not covered by Paragraph (a) shall be paid an amount equal to l2% of their regular earnings which premium payment shall be considered to be in lieu of all employee benefits, including those providing for time off with pay, provided however, that those Regular Parttime employees who have worked the equivalent of six (6) months shall have such pay in lieu of benefits increased to l6% of their regular earnings and shall be eligible for the benefits contained in Article 5.5(d) herein.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) Part-time employees shall receive six percent (6%) of total earnings in lieu of benefits and sick leave payments except part-time employees who work twenty-one (21) hours per week or more, who are subject to Article 30.
