Included in these rights in accordance with and subject 47 to applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement, is the right to direct the work 48 force, the right to hire, promote, retain, transfer, and assign employees in positions; the right to 49 suspend, discharge, demote, or take other disciplinary action against employees; and the right to 1 release employees from duties because of lack of work or for other legitimate reasons. The District 2 shall retain the right to maintain efficiency of the District operation by determining the methods, the 3 means, and the personnel by which operations undertaken by the employees in the unit are to be 4 conducted.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • Suspension upon Concessionaire Default Upon occurrence of a Concessionaire Default, the Authority shall be entitled, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies under this Agreement including its rights of Termination hereunder, to (i) suspend all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement including the Concessionaire's right to collect charge(s), and other revenues pursuant hereto, and (ii) exercise such rights itself and perform the obligations hereunder or authorise any other person to exercise or perform the same on its behalf during such suspension (the "Suspension").
