Common use of Preceptor Differential Clause in Contracts

Preceptor Differential. A nurse designated by the hospital to function as a 14 preceptor for a newly hired employee or an employee transferring to a different 15 unit requiring orientation will receive a preceptor differential of $ $1.25 per hour 16 for the duration of the assigned preceptor shifts.
