Weekend Differential. Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.
Weekend Differential. For the purpose of this Article, a weekend is defined as the forty-eight (48) hour period beginning at 11:00 p.m. on Friday night and ending at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night.
Weekend Differential. A weekend differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour shall be paid on all hours worked between 00:01 on Saturday to 24:00 on Sunday.
Weekend Differential. Employees scheduled by the EMPLOYER to an assigned shift which begins on either Saturday or Sunday shall receive a weekend differential of $1.00 per hour.
Weekend Differential. For purposes of this section only, a nurse who works between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:30 p.m. Sunday shall receive a weekend differential of five dollars ($5.00) per hour in addition to their regular rate of pay and shift differential if appropriate. In addition, nurses who work a minimum of three (3) hours between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Friday shall receive the weekend differential per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Friday in addition to their regular rate of pay.
Weekend Differential. Employees who are assigned to work hours on Saturday or Sunday shall receive a fifty cent per hour ($0.50/hr) differential on top of their regular hourly wage.
Weekend Differential. A. Employees of the Commonwealth rendering service on a weekend shift as hereinafter defined shall receive a weekend differential of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour for each hour worked.
Weekend Differential. Members regularly scheduled to work weekends shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 9:00 p.m. Friday and 8:59 p.m. Sunday.
Weekend Differential. An employee who works a regularly scheduled weekend shift which commences on or after 11:00 P.M. Friday and ends at 7:00 A.M. Monday, shall receive a weekend differential of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for all hours worked during such weekend period.
Weekend Differential. A weekend differential shall be payable for all hours worked at the request of the Employer between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p.m.
