Renewal Pricing. As described in Section 7.2, at least eighteen (18) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, PROVIDER will propose in writing to CUSTOMER revised methods for calculating Base Cost and Charges to CUSTOMER under the Base Cost and Baseline Charges methodology described in this Section 2.0. The applicable charges proposed by PROVIDER for the first and second years of the renewal term shall be determined as provided in this Section 2.4 and Exhibit F, but shall reflect Discount Factors of ** and **, respectively, provided, that such charges shall be at least as favorable to CUSTOMER as PROVIDER’s charges for similar services provided to any other CUSTOMER of PROVIDER. If the parties are unable to agree on revised costs, CUSTOMER may elect to exercise the Carve-Out Option upon expiration of this Agreement and the related PSAs, as described in Section 9.2.
Renewal Pricing. The price for renewal of fixed term Licensed Program and/or Support Services for any given period is the price of the previous period, plus the last percentage of increase applicable to the Licensed Program in the applicable country, as published at least ninety (90) days prior to the renewal date. If applicable, current price increase terms and conditions can be found in the 3DS Website Terms. The price for renewal of fixed term Online Services and/or associated Support Services shall be calculated by applying the percentage difference between the list price of the renewal period and the list price of the prior period to the fees charged to Customer for the prior period.

Radar reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term (defined below) or then current renewal term, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you (which may be sent by email). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.

Each Renewal Term will be offered for a fee equal to the fee for the prior, expiring term license (which will not account for any transaction incentives included on a prior order), increased by the greater of the United States Consumer Price Index or five percent (5%). “CPI” shall mean the US Consumer Price Index: Information Technology, Hardware and Services for the 12 months preceding the renewal date.
Renewal Pricing. If the Order sets forth a specific dollar amount to be paid for any eGain Offerings purchased on a subscription or time based (each a “Subscription Based eGain Offering”), eGain shall provide Customer with notice of the applicable renewal pricing at least sixty (60) days prior to the applicable renewal term for such Subscription Based eGain Offering. The parties will mutually agree in a new Order Form or an amendment to the existing Order Form on the renewal pricing. Renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at eGain’s then-current list price at the time of the applicable renewal unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties. For any Subscription Based eGain Offerings, any renewal in which subscription volume or the term length for such Subscription Based eGain Offering has decreased from the prior term will result in re-pricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.
