Solar Photovoltaic Systems. General Scope of Work OpTerra Energy Services will provide installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems with a nominal annual production at the Facilities listed per the table below: Facility Address kWh/year Administration Xxxx 0000 X Xx Xxxxxx, XX 00000 1,214,480 RES-BCT Solar* 0000 X. Merced, CA 95341 1,693,850 *Renewable Energy Self-Generation Bill Credit Transfer rate schedule from PG&E Detailed Scope of work: • Preparation of final engineered design drawings based on preliminary layouts 1 & 2 shown below for submission to Merced County inspection authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). • Final layout drawings for Merced County Fire Xxxxxxxx and Merced County review and approval. • Structural, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical engineering evaluations and calculations necessary for design requirements. • Solar canopy “T” structure design includes concrete pier foundations provided up to a depth of no greater than eight and one-half (8.5) feet by thirty (30) inches in diameter. The structure will be a minimum 9 ft. high with a five-degree tilt. If soil conditions require foundation depths greater than eight and a half feet, OpTerra Energy Services will have the right to an increase in the Contract Amount. • MID and PG&E interconnection drawings and application management services as necessary. • General coordination with MID and PG&E for installation of Net Energy (NEM) metering. • PG&E & MID Interconnection costs for the Generating Facilities at the Administration Building and the RES-BCT sites. • Labor, supervision and coordination with Merced County for the installation of the photovoltaic modules and supporting structures, electrical distribution and monitoring systems. • Installation of the requisite inverters and necessary electrical equipment and conduits to connect to the electrical switchgear. Two electrical shut-downs are anticipated per system. OpTerra Energy Services will coordinate timing of shutdowns with Merced County, MID, and PG&E. • Installation of new LED lighting fixtures, mounted under each new parking canopy bay, in place of existing parking lot light poles to be demolished. • Permanent 8’ high chain link fencing, with 3-strand barbed wire and 20-ft wide double-access gate, as required, for the ground mount systems at the RES-BCT site. • Tree trimming or removal to prevent shading of the PV modules as indicated in layouts below.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the End User’s customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections.
