Submission of Grievance. A. Before submission of written grievance, the aggrieved party must attempt to resolve it informally with the immediate supervisor and in so doing shall give notice that a “grievance” is being raised.

Submission of Grievance. Any differences arising directly between the Union and the Employer concerning the interpretation, application, administration, or the alleged violation of the provisions of this Agreement may be submitted by either party to the other at Stage of the Grievance Procedure.
