Union Member. A member of the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees Union, Local #320 in the bargaining unit to which this contract applies.

Union Member. A member of the Union.
Union Member. A Bargaining Unit employee who pays dues and is a voting member of the Union.

Union Member. The Parties recognize that being a dues paying member of the Association is voluntary. Those bargaining unit members electing to pay dues will do so directly to the Association.
Union Member. All employees who at present are members of the Union will be obligated as a condition of employment to pay dues to the Union upon obtaining seniority as defined in the probationary employee article of this supplement.
Union Member. The Union and the Company ISO trainers will be properly trained to perform fit testing as part as the ISO training for member who have posted to work inside paint. No employee awarded a new position will be moved into the job until all H&S required training has been completed. Example – Lock-Out or ISO Specific, but not Lift Truck or Crane Training.
