Unused PTO. At the end of each contract year, unused PTO hours will be added to each teacher’s previously accrued sick/adoption leave balance.
Unused PTO. In addition to the severance payments set forth in Section 2(a) and (b), the Company will pay Executive for any accrued but unused “paid time off” as of the Effective Date; payment will be made no later than November 15, 2010.
Unused PTO. At the end of each year, bargaining unit members’ unused PTO days may be rolled over for future use as sick days, provided such future use may only be for personal illness, family illness, medical appointments, or to supplement pay during an unpaid leave.
Unused PTO. Sick Leave days may accumulate to a maximum credit of six hundred forty (640) hours of PTO/Sick Leave per employee; 80 days for bus drivers. A bank of PTO/Sick Leave hours shall be available at the beginning of each school year. Any member who has accumulated more than 32 hours/8 days for bus drivers of PTO/Sick Leave may contribute their excess PTO/Sick leave time to a pool to be used for catastrophic illness or accident for another member of the group. (Members must keep a minimum of 32 hours/8 days for bus drivers of PTO/Sick Leave for themselves.) These hours may be used by a member subject to the following conditions:
Unused PTO. When employment is terminated, the unused accrued PTO shall be paid to the employee at the rate applicable at the time of termination. Where employment is terminated and the employee's PTO balance is negative, Swan Water Services may recover the cost from the employee's final pay.
Unused PTO. You have accrued 116 hours of unused Paid Time Off (“PTO”). Based on your annual salary of $200,000, this would equate to $96.15 per hour, and your unused PTO amounts to $11,153.40. The Company agrees to pay you, in its March 13, 2015 payroll, an additional lump-sum payment of $11,153.40, less legally required state, federal or local deductions.
Unused PTO. The Company will pay Employee $________ less all applicable withholding, for earned but unused PTO. This payment will be made at the same time as the first normal payroll period following the Effective Date.
Unused PTO. Upon the retirement or death of a full-time Firefighter, the Firefighter or his/her estate shall be paid for all unused PTO time credited to the Firefighter. Unused PTO time means PTO time not used for the benefit year in which the Firefighter retires or dies.
Unused PTO. Any employee having accrued unused PTO at the end of the calendar year shall have the privilege of carrying such unused leave forward into the following year.
