Upon a recommendation of the Chief of Police or the Operations Manager, the Town Administrator may approve the initial salary at a rate higher than the minimum rate in the salary range for the position, provided that any such appointment is based on the outstanding and unusual character of the employee's experience and ability over and above the minimum qualifications required for that position. Step increases shall be granted at the rate of one step for each successive year of service. All original appointments shall be subject to a probationary period of six (6) months service after appointment. At any time during the probationary period an employee may be transferred or dismissed by the Chief of Police, with the approval of the Town Administrator, if the employee's performance does not meet required work standards established in an objective performance evaluation process. The employee so transferred or dismissed shall have no right of appeal or hearing, and such termination shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of Article XI herein.
Weekly Salary. Each Musician shall be employed for a ten (10) week season during the term of this Agreement. The regular weekly salary for Musicians covered by this Agreement will be: 2016 2017 2018 $1,459.89 $1,496.39 $1,533.80 (A) Musicians who are present and perform service(s) on July 4 will be paid at time and one-half.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."

  • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.
