WORK OF THE BARGAINING. UNIT The employer contemplates contracting out dispatching services and making greater use of Paid-on-Calls and Auxiliary personnel for jobs for which they are qualified, with a goal to reduce overtime. Both parties will endeavor to utilize bargaining unit members to backfill positions prior to utilizing exempt staff. There shall be no reduction in regular hours of work of any bargaining unit employee as a result of increased use of Paid-on-Calls or Auxiliary personnel.
