Xxxxxx Street. 60 SY of full depth asphalt pavement, 950 SF of sidewalk, 120 SF of concrete apron, 120 LF of concrete curb and signage.
Xxxxxx Street. The previous design included a complete demolition and reconstruction of the bridge since the current clearance below the existing bridge does not provide sufficient space for the two Green Line tracks and the two commuter rail tracks. The redesigned station makes adjustments to The RIDE drop off and reduces the station configuration allowing for the existing Xxxxxx Street Bridge to be retained. Preservation of the bridge however will require removal of an existing old abutment and the construction of a retaining wall in its place. Removal of the existing old abutment will provide sufficient space for the fourth track thereby avoiding replacement of the existing bridge. This is illustrated in Figure 3.3 at the end of this section.
Xxxxxx Street. The Parties agree that they will not permanently close Xxxxxx Street to vehicular traffic until such time as vehicles that are travelling eastbound on the Boulevard of the Allies are able to make a left turn onto Xxxxx Street.
Xxxxxx Street. The term "Xxxxxx Street" refers to the paved automobile access route (I.E., paved road) on the immediate west side of Building G. So long as Cetus retains control of Xxxxxx Street it agrees to maintain it at its own expense.

Xxxxxx Street. Redevelopment Plan (10 Units): The Town should, if necessary, amend the October 5, 2012 Redevelopment Plan (which previously provided for sixty-six market-rate and eight affordable units at Block 3701, Lots 10, 11, 11.01, and 11.02), to include ten additional affordable units within Block 3701, Lots 13, 14, 15, 18, and Block 3702, Lot 18.

Digital Lighting Mesh – Woolworths BuildingQVB Building A total of 168 runs of pixel strings (20m in length) with 100 nodes on each, split into two sections to be rigged off temporary truss/hand rails. One section will be rigged to cover the Xxxxxx St side and the other section to cover the Park St side. Both sections to measure approximately 30(w)x 20m(h). Lights are intended to be rigged on the building and not on a scaffold. Lighting is controlled and programmed by a server to run custom content. Fairy Lights - Myer Loading Dock 6,000 x warm white Fairy light bulbs hung on the building on top of the Myer loading dock on George St. The lights can be programmed to chase (side-to-side only) and dim. TECHNICAL DESIGN DRAWINGS A gap existed between the Sydney Christmas 2018-2022 Design Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Sydney Christmas 2018-2022 Manufacturing and Installation Request for Tender (RFT), whereby technical drawings needed to be further developed and signed off by an engineer. The City requires the Service Provider to complete technical drawings for the following in order to deliver the 2018 Sydney Christmas event: • Xxxxxx Place tree; and • Village trees and decorations The Service Provider and Engineer will work together to develop the technical drawings prior to the manufacture of trees and decoration. This additional scope is applicable to the 2018 event delivery only.
Xxxxxx Street. Subject to the terms, conditions, representations and warranties, covenants and other agreements of the Parties set forth within this Agreement, at the Closing (as defined herein) each Xxxxxx Street Seller shall sell to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase from the Xxxxxx Street Sellers, the following securities: (1) 49.9 Common Units (as defined in the Xxxxxx Street Operating Agreement), representing 49.9% of the outstanding Units of Xxxxxx Street, in the amounts set forth opposite such Seller’s name under “Securities Purchased” on the Schedule of Sellers attached as Exhibit A (the “Xxxxxx Street Purchased Units”) and (2) the Xxxxxx Street Promissory Note (together with the Xxxxxx Street Purchased Units, the “Xxxxxx Street Purchased Securities”), in each case free and clear of any Encumbrance, for the consideration specified in Section 2.02(a).
Xxxxxx Street. The Engineer shall complete the services to be provided by the Engineer according to the milestone work schedule established in the Contract. The Engineer shall submit a written progress report to the State monthly indicating the actual work accomplished during the month, scheduled work to be accomplished for the month, and the estimated work to be accomplished for the coming month. The progress report must use a bar chart diagram to indicate the percentage complete of each task shown on the previous report and the percentage complete of each tasks. The Engineer is required to meet or hold a conference call with the designated State project manager on a monthly basis for progress tracking purposes unless prior agreement is made with State not to hold a meeting or conference call in any given month. The Engineer shall submit minutes of the meeting summarizing the events of the meeting within seven calendar days after each meeting. The Engineer shall prepare a basic milestone work schedule and detailed graphic project, Primavera P6 Professional Project Management, work schedule. The schedules must incorporate an allocation of time for stage reviews of the design schematic and the environmental documents by State personnel. The Engineer shall present the work schedules to the State for review and acceptance, and provide assistance in interpreting the proposed work schedule.
