Years of Experience. In determining the years of teaching experience of a teacher on contract under the basic salary schedule:

A Member who has consistently demonstrated clearly outstanding performance in the areas of teaching and research may, in extraordinary circumstances, be promoted to the next rank without fulfilling the years of experience criterion as stipulated in Sections 3c, 3d, 3e, of this Article. The burden of proof of outstanding performance rests with the applicant.

Subcontractor Supervision Plan NCS has carefully selected our subconsultants for this project, which include Xxxxxx XX and Industrial Inspection & Consulting, LLC, to provide high quality service and valuable added expertise.
