Examples of Bearer in a sentence
Each Permanent Global Note shall be exchangeable for Definitive Bearer Notes together with (except in the case of Zero Coupon Notes) Coupons and, where applicable, Talons attached, or certificated Registered Notes, in either case, in accordance with the provisions of such Permanent Global Note.
Each Temporary Global Note shall be exchangeable for either Definitive Bearer Notes together with (except in the case of Zero Coupon Notes) Coupons and, where applicable, Talons attached, or certificated Registered Notes or a Permanent Global Note, in each case in accordance with the provisions of such Temporary Global Note.
Interest bearing definitive Bearer Notes (as defined below) have interest coupons (Coupons) and, in the case of Notes which, when issued in definitive form, have more than 27 interest payments remaining, talons for further Coupons (Talons) attached on issue.
Subject as provided in Condition 1, any reference to Noteholders or holders in relation to any Notes shall mean (in the case of Bearer Notes) the bearer of the Bearer Notes and (in the case of Registered Notes) the persons in whose names the Registered Notes are registered.
Mutilated or defaced Certificates, Bearer Notes, Coupons or Talons must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.
