Management Incentive Plan definition

Management Incentive Plan means the Company’s bonus program, as implemented by the Company’s board of directors from time to time and pursuant to which the Executive may receive incentive-based compensation at fiscal year end.
Management Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in the Plan.
Management Incentive Plan means that certain post-Effective Date management incentive plan, pursuant to which the Management Equity Pool shall be reserved and allocated as part of the compensation provided to the Reorganized Debtors’ management on the terms and conditions set forth in the MIP Term Sheet.

More Definitions of Management Incentive Plan

Management Incentive Plan means the management incentive plan which shall be implemented by the Reorganized Debtors on the terms set forth in the Management Incentive Plan Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 4 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.
