Service Period definition

Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the Distribution Date and ending on the earliest of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 4.02, (b) the date that is the two (2)-year anniversary of the Distribution Date and (c) the date specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto.

• This Supplemental Agreement shall be effective as of the date stated below and shall remain in effect during the Fixed Service Period, after which it shall expire.

• In the event the Subscriber elects to withdraw from a Service at any time during the Fixed Service Period or the Subscriber’s account is terminated by One in accordance with the One Terms of Service, the Subscriber must pay $20 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Fixed Service Period at the time of termination and all amounts chargeable on the account up to the time the service is cancelled (the “Early Termination Fee”).

More Definitions of Service Period

Service Period means the period as specified in Schedule 1;
