Inactivity Fee definition

Inactivity Fee means a charge to your Account, calculated in accordance with Section 36.
Inactivity Fee. Inactive accounts, as defined below under section 27, will be charged an administrative fee on a monthly basis, until account activity resumes.

  • Company Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
