Parties’ Representatives definition

Parties’ Representatives shall have the meanings set forth in Section 13.10(A).
Parties’ Representatives means the person or persons who is duly authorized by the Party in writing to act on its behalf;
Parties’ Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.1.

  • All disputes and complaints (except for those which relate to the Authority’s right to withhold funds or terminates the Grant Funding Agreement) shall be referred in the first instance to the Parties Representatives.

  • The certificate(s) shall provide that the insurance policies have been endorsed/amended so that the insurance company or companies shall give a 30 calendar day notice (without reservation) to the Owner’s representative set forth in Section 29, "Notice; Parties' Representatives," below if the applicable policy is canceled or materially changed, or if the aggregate limits have been reduced.

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved between the Parties Representatives within a maximum of 30 days, then the matter will be escalated to formal meeting between the Grant Manager and the Grant Recipient’s chief executive (or equivalent).

  • The Parties' Representatives must, if requested by the Company, meet to discuss the performance of the Services, the progress of the Supplier's participation in any continuous improvement initiatives and to exchange information that will assist the Parties to identify performance efficiencies, provided that the Supplier shall not be obligated to incur additional costs in delivering the Services.

Related to Parties’ Representatives

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Independent representative means a person who:

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Representatives means, when used with respect to any Person, such Person’s directors, trustees, officers, employees, financial advisors, accountants, legal counsel, investment bankers, and other agents, advisors and other representatives.

  • Lenders’ Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.
