Principal Trading Market definition

Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the NASDAQ Global Market.
Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • The Lender shall have the right to sell the Facility Fee Shares in the Principal Trading Market or otherwise, at any time in accordance with applicable securities laws.

More Definitions of Principal Trading Market

Principal Trading Market means the Over the Counter Bulletin Board or such other market on which the Common Stock is principally traded at the relevant time.
Principal Trading Market means the published market on which the largest trading volume in the equity securities of the issuer occurred during the issuer’s most recently completed financial year that ended before the date the determination is being made;

Principal Trading Market means the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board .
