Project Research definition

Project Research means the research in the area of Diabetes and of novel genes involved in Diabetes and the research arising therefrom, consisting of the Stage 1 Research and the Stage 2 Research.
Project Research means research and research related activities that are: (a) not Core Research, (b) conducted by a Member, and (c) financially supported solely by funds provided by one or more Industry Members (excluding Membership Fees) and initiated via a separate sponsored research agreement.
Project Research means the research in the area of obesity and diabetes of novel genes involved in obesity and diabetes and the research arising therefrom, consisting of the Stage 1 Research and the Stage 2 Research.

  • At a minimum, each Research Plan will include: (i) a general overview and timetable for the Project Research and the Directed Research and appropriate resources and budgets for such research during the next Year, and (ii) a preliminary and non-binding plan for research activities to be conducted in the subsequent Year which shall include, without limitation, staffing and resource allocations.

  • If PERIMMUNE chooses not to seek patent protection covering an invention relating to the Project Research or chooses not to pay maintenance fees due on a Licensed Patent it shall notify SIGMA immediately of such decision.

  • Unless expressly provided otherwise in an applicable Research Project Plan, title to inventions, developments or discoveries arising from research conducted under the Multi Project Research Agreement shall be determined in accordance with United States Patent Law, Title 35 United States Code.

Project Research means those research and development activities conducted pursuant to the Research Program with respect to Projects.

Related to Project Research

  • Basic research means any original investigation for the advancement of scientific or technological knowledge that will enhance the research capacity of this state in a way that increases the ability to attract to or develop companies, jobs, researchers, or students in this state.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
