Settlement Benefits definition

Settlement Benefits means any Settlement Payment, the Credit Monitoring and Insurance Services, the Documented Loss Payments, the Cash Fund Payments, the Prospective Relief set forth in Sections 2 and 3 herein, and any other benefits Class Members receive pursuant to this Agreement, including non-monetary benefits and relief, the Fee Award and Costs, and Administrative Expenses.
Settlement Benefits means the benefits that may become available to Settlement Class Members as part of the National Settlement Agreement.
Settlement Benefits means the benefits to be remitted under the terms of this Agreement to Class Members who submit a Valid Claim as specified in Section 9 of this Agreement.

  • Settlement Benefits may only be obtained by the person who ultimately paid the release of information request for medical record invoice or bill.

  • In order to have the opportunity to submit a claim for Settlement Benefits, YOU MUST: (1) FILL OUT ALL “REQUIRED” FIELDS DENOTED ON THE ENCLOSED PROOF OF CLAIM FORM, (2) SIGN PROOF OF CLAIM FORM UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, AND (3) RETURN THE PROOF OF CLAIM FORM EITHER ELECTRONICALLY OR BY MAIL.


More Definitions of Settlement Benefits

Settlement Benefits means the benefits provided to Settlement Class Members as set forth in Sections 4.4 through 4.6 of this Agreement.
Settlement Benefits means the share of the Net Settlement Funds, if any, available to a Class Member in accordance with the Distribution Protocol, referenced therein as the “Claim Value”.

Group 3 Up to 5 hours at $18/hr for those who certify they spent time addressing issues arising from the Data Breach. Group 4 $270 – to compensate for 15 hours spent at $18/hr.
