Utility Costs definition

Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).
Utility Costs means Utility's actual costs to design, construct, install and/or commission Utility Facilities, including all Utility direct and indirect labor, contract labor, equipment and materials costs, applicable overhead costs, land survey and land rights, environmental costs, permitting, computer system and planning model upgrades, SCADA or other communications, and any related ITCC.
Utility Costs means the costs of natural gas used in the operation of the Facilities.

Examples of Utility Costs in a sentence

  • Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County and Agency against any liability, claim, or demand for the late payment or non-payment of Utility Costs.

  • Tenant shall pay all Utility Costs during the Term prior to delinquency.

More Definitions of Utility Costs

Utility Costs shall include all charges, surcharges, taxes, connection fees, service fees and other costs of installing and using all utilities required for or utilized in connection with the Premises and/or the Improvements, including without limitation, costs of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the Premises, costs of furnishing gas, electricity and other fuels or power sources to the Premises, and the costs of furnishing water and sewer services to the Premises. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County against any liability, claim, or demand for the late payment or non-payment of Utility Costs.
Utility Costs is defined in Section 3.4.1.
Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g., electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. This definition includes utility and home energy costs for manufactured homes, as well as a regular monthly cost for firewood if the wood is used for heating or cooking. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g., telephone, cable, and internet services, which can be paid for as “other services”). Payments to public utilities are permitted.
Utility Costs shall include all charges, surcharges and other costs of installing and using all utilities required for or utilized in connection with the Premises and/or the Premises or the Improvements, including without limitation, costs of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the Premises, costs of furnishing gas, electricity and other fuels or power sources to the Premises, and the costs of furnishing water and sewer services to the Premises.‌
Utility Costs means all utility expenses or charges (but excluding fees or charges for late payments) incurred by Landlord in the furnishing of heat, ventilation, air conditioning, water and sewer services, electricity, gas and other power or fuels, to the Real Estate, the Building or Leased Premises, including without limitation the cost of installing any additional risers or other facilities that may be necessary to furnish to the Leased Premises any excess power that may be required by Tenant.
Utility Costs means expenses for electricity, gas, other heating and cooking fuels, water and sewer.
Utility Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.6(c).
