• Vanaf 1 Junie 2018 betaal die GEPF 'n maandelikse pensioen aan die kinders van afgestorwe lede of pensioenarisse. • Dit geld slegs vir kinders jonger as 22 en in die geval van 'n gestremde kind, enige ouderdom. • Die kinderpensioen is ook betaalbaar wanneer 'n lid in diens sterf met 'n potensiële dienstydperk van 10 jaar of meer. Hierdie annuïteite word slegs betaal as 'n lid sterf en kinders agterlaat wat daarvoor in aanmerking kom. | • From 1 June 2018, the GEPF pays pension to the children of the deceased members or pensioners. • This only applies to children younger than 22, and in the case of a disabled child, any age. • Child's Pension is also payable when a member dies in service with a potential service period of 10 years or more.
