Sleutel Prestasie areas: Verantwoordelik vir die uitvoer van spesifieke administratiewe take wat verband hou met Registrasie en Lisensiëring (Motorvoertuig, Leerling- en Bestuurderslisensies en padwaardigheid) · Rekonsiliasie van betalings en kontant deposito’s teen transaksionele inligtingstate · Ontvangs van betalings en vaslegging van betalings op verkeersoortredingsstelsel · Verskaf roetine inligting met betrekking tot Navis prosedures · Moniteer die veilige bewaring en beheerde gebruik van amptelike dokumentasie · Gee aandag aan spesifieke administratiewe aktiwiteite wat met lisensiëring verband hou
Vergoeding: R 13 971.00 per maand
Werksure: 40 uur per week (Maandae tot Saterdae). Kandidate moet bereid wees om oor naweke xx xxxx.
Kontrak periode : 01 AUGUSTUS 2022 tot 31 JANUARIE 2023 of xxxx xxxxxx ooreengekom .
ALGEMEEN:
1. Die Munisipaliteit is ’n gelyke geleentheid werkgewer en eerbiedig die bepalings van die Wet op Gelyke Indiensneming.
2. Die Munisipaliteit behou die reg voor om nie ’n aanstelling xx xxxx nie.

7. Benewens die minimum posvereistes en standplaas hierin gestel, mag daar van posbekleërs verwag word om oortyd- en bystanddiens te verrig, asook om van tyd tot tyd in ander dele van die munisipale gebied diens xx xxxxx, xxxx vereis.
8. Aanstelling in sekere poste is onderhewig aan ’n sekerheidsverklaring en xxxx xxx ook van aansoekers verwag word om ’n onderhoud- en evalueringsproses te deurloop en waar van toepassing, ’n vaktoets af te lê.

DIRECTORATE: COMMUNITY SERVICES
PRINCIPAL CLERK: XXXXX (PORTERVILLE) – CONTRACT APPOINTMENT
Requirements: Grade 12 · Proficiency in at least two (2) of the official languages of the Western Cape (Afrikaans/English/Xhosa – Speak, Read and Write) · Computer literacy (MS Office applications) · Good human relations, interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to work under pressure · High level of responsibility and ability to give attention to detail · Physically fit and able bodied · Must work overtime when required · Must perform duties in any area of the Municipality, when required · One (1) year relevant experience of the key performance areas · Candidates must reside in the Bergrivier Municipal Area.
Key Performance Areas: Responsible for performing specific administrative tasks associated with the processing of Registration and Licencing ( MVR / Learner and Driving Licences and Roadworthiness) · Reconciles payments and cash deposits against transactional information/statements · Receiving payments and capturing of payments on the traffic contravention system · Provides routine information related to Natis procedures · Monitor the safekeeping and controlled usage of official documentation · Attends to specific administrative activities associated with licencing
Remuneration: R 13 971 per month
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday). Candidates must be willing to work on weekends.
Contract period : 01 AUGUST 2022 till 31 JANUARY 2023 or as otherwise agreed.
