Apple CarPlay. 22.1 Description: With the service Apple CarPlay, individual functions and apps of any connected iPhone that support the service may be displayed and operated directly in the PCM.
22.2 Restrictions of use: The service only works with iPhones that are technically compatible. Further restrictions may apply according to country-specific regulations. If the Customer is a consumer pursuant to Bulgarian consumer protection law, he/she has a right of withdrawal without stating any reason for a period of 14 days in case of the conclusion of the contract. Consumer pursuant to Bulgarian consumer protection law means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes other than for carrying out his/her business or professional activity or a natural person that as a party to the contract acts outside the scope of his/her business or profession. Hereafter, the term "contract" means the purchase of Porsche Connect. In the following, the Customer is instructed on his/her right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which Porsche Connect is made available to you for use (activation day). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
