Requirements for offer preparation. 1. The offer and all documents that are part of it shall be presented in electronic format /PDF/ with a signature of a person with representative functions and a wet stamp. If the documents are photocopies, they shall bear the sign "True copy", a signature of the person representing the participant and a wet stamp.
2. Documents and data in the offer shall only be signed by persons with representative functions, or persons authorized to do so, and they are required to provide a power of attorney empowering them to perform such functions
3. All documents relating to the offer shall be in Bulgarian or shall be accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian.
4. The offer and the attached documents shall contain no entries between the lines, erasures or corrections unless authenticated by the signature of the person representing the participant and a wet stamp.
