This Section has been revised in response to P 92 of the April 19 Order to require that the written notice of Alleged Violation include notice that the Registered Entity may elect to submit a Mitigation Plan while contesting the Alleged Violation and/or the proposed penalty or sanction, and that submission of a Mitigation Plan will not waive the Registered Entity’s right to contest the Alleged Violation and/or the proposed penalty or sanction.
