00 - COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT. 5.01 BASIC SERVICES The COUNTY will pay the CONSULTANT for all requested and authorized BASIC SERVICES rendered hereunder by the CONSULTANT and completed in accordance with the requirements, provisions, and/or terms of this Agreement and accepted by the COUNTY in accordance with the provisions for compensation and payment of said BASIC SERVICES as set forth and prescribed in attached EXHIBIT "B", or on the basis of such changes to the established compensation as may be mutually agreed to by both parties to this Agreement and evidenced by a written and duly approved Change Order.
