00 Compensation. A. It is the intent of the parties to comply with the limitations imposed by RCW 28A.400.200 and the applicable state appropriations act. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted or applied so as to place the District in breach of the salary or compensation limitations imposed by state law or to subject the District to a state funding penalty or the Board of Directors to personal financial liability.
