00 - DISCIPLINARY ACTION/APPEALS PROCEDURE. 6.01 The City may take disciplinary action against any Employee for just cause. The City recognizes the practice of progressive discipline; however, depending on the severity of the offense, the City may immediately impose more severe discipline.
