000 LOCKOUT AND WORK STOPPAGE. 22.100 There shall be no lockout by the Company, and no work stoppages by the Union, however, the Company agrees that it will pay retroactive to the expiration date of the previous area contract any monetary increase of the Area Labour Agreement in the area. In the event of an unauthorized strike, the Union agrees to use reasonable efforts to cause the workers involved to return to work upon receipt of written notice from the Company of the existence of any such strike. This paragraph shall be enforced only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
