For more information visit our privacy policy.Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section. 1.10.1 Registry Operator will offer searchability on the web-‐based Directory Service. 1.10.2 Registry Operator will offer partial match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: domain name, contacts and registrant’s name, and contact and registrant’s postal address, including all the sub-‐fields described in EPP (e.g., street, city, state or province, etc.). 1.10.3 Registry Operator will offer exact-‐match capabilities, at least, on the following fields: registrar id, name server name, and name server’s IP address (only applies to IP addresses stored by the registry, i.e., glue records). 1.10.4 Registry Operator will offer Boolean search capabilities supporting, at least, the following logical operators to join a set of search criteria: AND, OR, NOT. 1.10.5 Search results will include domain names matching the search criteria. 1.10.6 Registry Operator will: 1) implement appropriate measures to avoid abuse of this feature (e.g., permitting access only to legitimate authorized users); and 2) ensure the feature is in compliance with any applicable privacy laws or policies.
Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.
D5 Health and Safety The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
Trade-In Customers may trade-in equipment when making purchases from the Contract. A trade-in shall be negotiated between the Customer and the Contractor. Customers are obligated to actively seek current fair market value when trading equipment, and to keep accurate records of the process. For State agencies, it may be necessary to provide documentation to the Department of Financial Services and to the agency property custodian pursuant to Chapter 273, F.S.
Dress Code CONTRACTOR shall maintain a dress code for their employee’s with a minimum of shirts, pants, and work shoes/boots, in decent condition, at all times while the work is being performed. In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.

Search Box: a graphical area in which a user can enter a Query. SO: the Service Order.
Transparency and Freedom of Information 15.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority is subject to the requirements of FOISA and the Environmental Information Regulations. The Contractor shall: (a) provide all necessary assistance and cooperation as the Authority may reasonably request to enable the Authority to comply with its obligations under FOISA and Environmental Information Regulations; (b) transfer to the Authority all Requests for Information relating to this Agreement that the Contractor receives as soon as practicable and in any event within 2 Working Days of receipt; (c) provide the Authority with a copy of all information held on behalf of the Authority which is requested in a Request For Information and which is in the Contractor’s possession or control. The information must be provided within 5 Working Days (or such other period as the Authority may reasonably specify) in the form that the Authority requires. (d) not respond directly to a Request For Information addressed to the Authority unless authorised in writing to do so by the Authority. 15.2 If the Request for Information appears to be directed to information held by the Authority, the Contractor must promptly inform the applicant in writing that the Request for Information can be directed to the Authority. 15.3 If the Authority receives a Request for Information concerning the Framework Agreement, the Authority is responsible for determining at its absolute discretion whether the information requested is to be disclosed to the applicant or whether the information requested is exempt from disclosure in accordance with FOISA or the Environmental Information Regulations. 15.4 The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority may, acting in accordance with the Authority’s Code of Practice on the Discharge of Functions of Public Authorities issued under section 60(5) of FOISA (as may be issued and revised from time to time), be obliged under FOISA or the Environmental Information Regulations to disclose information requested concerning the Contractor or the Framework Agreement: 15.4.1 in certain circumstances without consulting the Contractor, or 15.4.2 following consultation with the Contractor and having taken its views into account.
Bilingual Pay Where the Employer currently pays bilingual pay or bonuses, it shall continue to do so. The Employer retains discretion to initiate bilingual pay or bonuses. The minimum bilingual bonus or hourly equivalent is $25 per pay period. The Employer may not require an employee to use bilingual skills without paying the appropriate bonus or pay. This does not apply to employees where such skills are in the classification specification.
Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.
Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.
