Common use of 100 Day Plan Clause in Contracts

100 Day Plan. The Company will develop, and Executive will be eligible to receive an award under, a bonus plan to incentivize performance during the initial one hundred (100) day period following the Closing, contingent upon the achievement of performance goals approved by the Board. Executive must be employed by the Company on the payment date in order to receive a bonus under such plan, which bonus shall be payable in the form of cash, equity or combination thereof, as determined by the Board in its sole discretion.
