Common use of 100 DEPARTMENT OWNS DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

100 DEPARTMENT OWNS DOCUMENTS. All design concepts; preliminary, feasibility and special studies; design calculations; Contract Drawings and Specifications; Special Conditions; Statements of Probable Construction Costs; and all other data, samples and surveys compiled by the Professional or its Consultants under this Professional Agreement, become the sole property of the Department. Such documents may be used by the Department for any desired purpose without any compensation to the PROFESSIONAL.
